A few years ago we came up with an idea to build an authentic Dalmatian house with interiors looking just like in our grandparent's old home. Two sisters from Dalmatia embarked on the adventure of a lifetime. The guiding principle was that everything needs to be authentic and the style to be Dalmatian, / Mediterranean, with a touch of luxury. However, the question was: How to do it? Well, as both of us are hedonists, we have just imagined ourselves in the role of our future clients, persons with an expressive sense of beauty who value tradition and aren't afraid to mix modern with it. The ideas were just coming.

We used all that nature offers in this mesmerising location, ie a small village Kotišina has to offer. Situated under the majestic mountain Biokovo, with the divine view of the islands Hvar, Brač and the Adriatic sea, it just takes your breath away. The exterior of the villa is blended with nature and lush Mediterranean vegetation. There is an abundance of rocks, olive trees, herbs and Mediterranean plants surrounding the luxurious are with a pool. The villa interior and rustic furniture reminds us of old castles and stone houses and gives it the "breath of the past," just as we planned. Furniture is mostly restored antique pieces which contribute to the originality and a strong personality. But all that was not enough to tell the story of Dalmatia and its natural resources and therefore each of our rooms is named after plants that are specific for that geolocation. Lavender, Immortelle, Olives, and Tangerines are the names of our rooms with bathrooms in which we left some natural cosmetics made of the same plants.

When we came to the part where we needed to think of how to offer our guests a dream holiday at sea, we were not able to make a decision on what to include in our offer, so we decided to have it all: Wellness and spa with Jacuzzi, Sauna, gym, and path for reflexology

Game room with pool table, cigar bar, wine bar, and the corner for board games. Then there is also a various outdoor lounge to relax over an unavoidable evening cocktail on the spacious terrace with a view of the imposing mountain Biokovo with Mediterranean sunset
and finally, the wine cellar which offers a rich selection of Croatian wines and local organic products from our pantry that provides an unforgettable atmosphere
